SHIPPING PROCEDURE AND RETURNS
POLICY
Your satisfaction as a patron
is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may
contact us within 15 days of receipt, for a refund. If you wish to make a
return, simply call us at +91-80-64501526 or email us at
info@ebenpapers.com & give your
order number. We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing
materials and container provided by the craftsperson. Returns must be insured
for their full value. The cost of returning unwanted purchases rests with the
customer.
After we receive your return, we will credit your credit card or issue you a
check/draft or by other modes & means of payment for the price of the artwork.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made upon order artwork (customized
artwork). Shipping costs will not be refunded except in the case of damage (see
below).
Products Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, or if upon opening it you find the artwork
damaged, call us immediately at +91-836-2266596 so we can advise you
accordingly. Please do not discard the packaging materials. When you call us, we
will discuss a replacement, refund or credit-your choice. A replacement will be
shipped to you at no charge. Unfortunately, replacements are not available for
one of a Kind works (customized work).
Shipping and Handling (S/H)
Shipping charges are based on the size and weight of the item. You will be
shown the Shipping and Handling charges on the "Purchase Verification" page
before you finalize your purchase. If the item requires special packaging, such
as a crate, there may be additional Shipping and Handling costs, which will be
noted on the Artwork and Purchase Verification pages. If you have any questions
or concerns about S/H costs, please contact us. Please have the item number
handy when you call.
Since each piece is shipped to you directly from the craftsperson, delivery
times and shipping costs will vary. Generally, you can expect to receive an item
within two weeks of ordering it. Some items, depending on size and availability,
can be delivered via faster methods. We offer expedited delivery service, at an
additional cost, for any product shipped from our warehouse.
Tracking Your Purchase
You will be able to track any purchase that was shipped via our logistics
partners only incase of shipping through DHL/FedEx/UPS or EMS Speed Post and in such
case Eben Papers will provide you with a number for tracking purposes on your
invoice email. Use that number to track your package.

Expected Date of Receipt of Product
Once we receive your order, we will inform you of the delivery and shipping
specifics.
For one of a kind work you will receive another confirmation from us as to when
to expect your item. In most cases, you will be able to track your purchase.

Likelihood that your packages will be subject to customs fee and import duties
of the country to which you have your packages shipped. Additional charges must
be borne by you. We have no control on these charges and cannot predict what
they maybe. Customs policies vary from country to country. You should contact
your local customs office for further information. When ordering from Eben
Papers you are considered the importer and must comply with all the laws and
regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.
Canceling or Changing an Order
If you want to cancel or change an order, e-mail us at
info@ebenpapers.com or contact
our Help Desk at +91-80-64501526. If your order has already been shipped, you
may simply return it to us but you have to bear the shipping cost. If you are
making a purchase as described above, please complete the shopping process in
full and our Help Desk will contact you via e-mail about any additional shipping
