Eben Papers. Information regarding you or your order and the products you

1) Sales Tax: Please note that the prices mentioned are exclusive of
sales tax, if any, that Eben Papers maybe required to charge.
2) Warranties and Product Warnings: We shall send you any warranties or
other product information provided to us by the artistes. Under certain
circumstances materials used in artwork may be harmful to humans or animals
particularly if used in ways other than those indicated by the artiste .If
product information contains warnings about risks of this type, the buyer
assumes all responsibility for such use. We make no warranties with regard to
the artwork nor do we prepare or provide product information beyond that
provided by artist.
3) Trademarks: The trademark EBEN PAPERS is our property. The mark may
not be used on any product or service, without our consent, except on our own,
in a manner that confuses consumers or dilutes the distinctiveness of the
marks.
4) Applicable Law: This site is created and controlled by Eben
Enterprises (our parent firm) in India. The laws of India will govern the terms
and conditions of this site without giving effect to any principles of conflicts
of laws. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers,
terms and conditions at any time.
